The guarantee

Every seam is guaranteed for the life of the piece. If my stitching ever fails you, return it and I will make it right. (Leather colour restoration and specialist spa work are referred to trusted specialists.)

What is covered

Stitching and structure, forever. If a seam opens, an edge lifts, a snap I set fails, or the structure of the piece gives way in normal use, send it back and I will repair it myself, free of charge. You pay only the postage each way.

What is referred

Leather is a skin, and it records its life. Scratches, patina, colour transfer and stains are not defects — they are the nature of the material. For colour restoration, deep cleaning and spa work I refer clients to trusted specialists and am happy to make the introduction.

How a repair works

Message me with photographs of the problem. I will confirm honestly whether it is a guarantee repair or specialist work, and tell you what happens next before you send anything.
