The price you see is the price you pay. All US import duties and taxes are covered — your piece arrives with nothing more owed.

US orders ship DDP (delivered duty paid) via Royal Mail. There are no surprise customs bills, ever — this applies to every piece, however large.

How your piece travels

Shipping is provided by Royal Mail and every piece is dispatched on a tracked service, insured for its full value.

Royal Mail’s stated delivery times, once your piece has been made:

• UK — 1 working day
• Europe — 3–5 working days
• USA & rest of world — 5–7 working days

Please note these are delivery times once a piece is finished. Everything is made to order: small leather goods ship in three to four weeks; bags take around eight weeks.
